Quick Bread Dough

I have created small 3-D flowers to embellish the outside of a card.

The finished flowers may be glued to the surface of the card if the flowers are created with flat bottoms.

Materials Needed:

1 slice of bread

1 TBS of Elmers Glue All

Food coloring as desired

Instructions:

1) Trim the crust from the bread. Do not cut away the actual bread.

2) Grate the bread into very fine bread crumbs.

3) In glass bowl or baby food jar, place crumbs and add the glue.

Mix well using a fork. Add a drop of food coloring if desired.

4) Work dough in hands until it is workable as clay.

Be sure your hands are clean.

5) Shape into small flower petals or other shapes.

If creating flowers, be sure to put the petals together before the dough dries.

(Allow the shapes or creations to dry overnight.

Try not to create more dough than you will need as it does not store well.)
