Puffy Paint
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup water
liquid tempera paint clean, empty plastic squeeze bottles such as those used for mustard or catsup
Mix the measured ingredients into a bowl. add the tempera paint, and stir.
Pour into plastic squeeze bottle.
