Crepe Paper Raffia

Materials Needed:

Strips of crepe paper aprox. 2 inches wide

1 spool from sewing thread

Clear spray fixative

Instructions:

1) Thread one end of the crepe paper through the hole in the spool.

2) Twist and pull the crepe paper through the spool.
